Only that I took liberties on his design, and made him, A HEARTLESS.

yeah, I thought Scar as a Heartless was cool, but he looked...normal. it was boring. If he'd have been all shadowy it would have been awesome.

Also, why is he the ONLY one in the WHOLE of KH2 to become a Heartless? I thougth it would've been nice for a Heartless of other characters...maybe even a main character. I was partly routing for Heartless Herc, or maybe Heartless Jack.

I know pretty everyone else has said this already but I agree; they definitely should have had something like this in the game.. I always felt the "ghost" Scar to be somewhat lame...:sarcasticclap:
My only guess is Disney didn't them taking such liberties with one of "their" precious characters!:x

If I remember correctly, The Horned King in most reincarnations is the physical embodiment of the worst kind of monstrous evil. Even Maleficent herself would shiver in fear of his power and his grey morality. If he is going to be KH3, he'd probably be the secret true villain or the new villain for a new arc as told by the developers that KH3 is an end of an 'arc', not a series. I doubt he'll be in it because Kingdom Hearts has characters that are/were popular in their time. If you look up "The Black Cauldron", sources will say that the film was considered a financial failure at the time and many claim it to be "Disney's Worst Film". So, yeah cross your fingers for good luck.
