Gifs have been disallowed now? I didn't know that... but I can't say I regret it, since pngs are better for anything that isn't animated. You should probably just convert, and save yourself the trouble of having to mae thumbnails too...

I don't think it would make sense for them to have their own category, because file format is pretty much irrelevant to the contect of the picture :\ But it seemed weird that they would be disallowed altogether, too... I dunno
